MASSIVE RUNNING
SIT UPS/CRUNCHES
BBALL MASSIVE SHOOTING
BADMINTON
SWIMMING(SUNDAY)
LESS TV SHOWS
MORE SLEEP!!
LESS FATTENING FOOD - able to eat but lesser portion.
MORE SALAD :D & FRUITS
MORE WATER!
I'm trying hard to keep myself fit fit fit. uh huh, all because of 2 kg. Oh wells.
